I just finished an article entitled: Questioning the Nature of Learning. It was in part a reaction to the 2010 OECD report called The Nature of Learning: Using Research to Inspire Practice. Here is a short extract:

It might seem trite, but there's a golden rule to communities: the more you put into it, the more you get out! And the more you put in, the more yourself and others will want to belong and take part producing a virtuous circle of the creation of riches. Don't believe the market type logic which says you can't have your cake and eat it! Communities can be a miracle. It's up to you!
